Allison Maddon

Allison Maddon (1992-) is a Sophomore at Winter Park High School and president of the Winter Park Poetry Club. Best described as an "oddball" by her peers, Allison is widely known for her quirky sense of style, short, neon green hair, and cats eye glasses. She is also well known for her love of purple hippos, which she often draws in a notebook during study hall and sometimes during biology.

Relationship to Leon Pearson

Maddon spent the first few months of Freshman year being stalked by Pearson, who joined the Poetry Club to be near her. He was asked to leave the Club after allegedly sleeping on Allison's front lawn, and has been bitter towards her ever since.

Sexuality

According to popular opinion, it was Maddon who first started the rumors in her and Lillian Torrent's freshman year about Torrent being a lesbian. Also, Leon Pearson claims that Maddon had good reason to know. Allison's sexuality has been in question for many years, after she began spending a lot of her time with known lesbian, Merilee Simmons in the eighth grade. She claims to have had boyfriends, but all of them outside of school.

On Wednesday, May 21, 2008, Maddon officially came out to her parents as a lesbian at dinner. After her father shouted something unintelligible at her, she was seen rushing out of the house and then dialing a number on a cell phone. Approximately five minutes later, a blue Toyota hyprid pulled up to the house and Maddon got in the passager seat. The general consensus that the driver may have been Merilee Simmons, although she barely has her permit. Maddon returned home on Monday, May 25th. Her parents were at a barbacue at the time, but Maddon returned to school on Tuesday, May 26th.
