Business district

The Jefferson Park Business District is composed of mixed-use buildings containing retail, restaurants, offices, and condominiums. This "downtown area" was constructed along Jefferson BLVD, which snakes from one of the Jefferson Parks' main entrances before straighting out a few blocks from business district.

Also included in the business district are several larger buildings off Jefferson Blvd., including Mikelson's Grocery, Bundle's Office Supply and the American Cinema's 16 Theater.
