Cheylene Hughes

Cheylene "Chey" (pronounced Shay) Hughes is one of the worst decepticons in Indiana. She is personally responsible for taking people out of Nerdfighteria and converting them to Decepticonia. She illegally used cigarettes and Marijuana. She is currently attending Carroll Jr. Sr. High School, but plans on dropping out soon. She currently lives at the Evil Baby Orphanage.
