Forrest Torrent

Forrest Torrent (1989- ) is a senior at Winter Park High School, President of Science Club (06-08), and active member of Archery Club. He is said to be unremarkable in many ways, except that he was the best friend of American adventurer Margo Roth Spiegelman, and that he was the last person she had interaction with before her mysterious disappearance on May 5, 2008. It is rumored that Forrest ran across the country at age two, giving him the name "Forrest." If this rumor is true, his real name is still a mystery.

Classmates of Torrent have stated that he is a "goody-two shoes" but with "something odd about him." Sophmore Merilee Simmons "He's never even gotten high or drunk or anything. Be interesting to hear what'd come out of his mouth if he did."

He has a younger sister, Lillian Torrent, who is a sophomore at Winter Park High School, and lives with his parents, Diana Torrent and Mayor Dave Torrent in Jefferson Park.
