Frederick Walter Stephen West (29 September 1941 – 1 January 1995) and Rosemary Pauline ("Rose") West née Letts (born 29 November 1953 in Barnstaple - still alive)

Fred and his wife Rosemary lived in the UK. Rosemary murdered Fred's daughter Charmaine, during the time Fred was in prison for theft. After leaving prison, Fred and Rosemary got married, the 1st of June 1971. Once married they both totured, raped, and murdered around 10 young women. Fred commited 2 murders before they got married. All together the murders happened between the years 1967 and 1987.

Living in the Evil Baby Orphanage

Fred and Rose were brought to the orphanage in order to try and become better people together. It was soon realized that the more time that they spent together, the worse their behavior got. Now, they are kept as seperate as possible. Fred and Rose are kept at separate ends of the room, when they eat, clean, and learn. Things have quieted a bit, but there are rumors that they have been meeting secretly somewhere on Campus.
