An Ichthyologist is the type of person who would make an appearance from time to time in National Geographic.
The typical uniform of an Ichthyologist is a wet suit, thick glasses, goggles and an oxygen tank. They often make gurgling sounds and they must be fluent in Whale to qualify. They also must have either an Oral Crab Deficiency (OCD) or a fetish concerning aquatic life.
Ichthyologists usually inhabit large caves and shells where they build their permanent residence. This allows them to "sleep with the fishes".
