Lacey Pemberton is best known for her friendship with Margo Roth Spiegelman. She started the relationship with Margo in kindergarten when they were in the same class and continued to remain friends with her in high school.

Lacey and Margo were thought to be best friends, but according to some sources, Margo felt as if Lacey was always undermining her, or not exactly insult Margo right out but imply something about her. When Margo disappeared, though, Lacey was worried about Margo and most likely didn't know that it upset Margo.

Lacey dated Ben Starling in her senior year even though he was more nerdy than she was.
