Puff Levels, or level of Puff, is the technical term for the universal scale for measuring the height and breadth of hair on your head when it is in dire need of a haircut.

The Puff is most definitely Made Of Awesome.

During a BlogTV show, nerdfighter Bodwynn stated that Puff Level DFTBA is the highest puff level. It has been speculated that a Puff Level of DFTBA could have the potential to eradicate World Suck.
