Dr. William Hark

Dr. William Oren Hark was born either in Hong Kong in 1970, rural Peru, in 1973, or in London in 1974. He has a degree in sociology and psychiatry from Stanford University under the close guidance of Professor Samuel Whidless, and was awarded a scholarship to accomplish this by the University Outreach Grant Program of the ARHMD Intiative Training Campaign. There is a certain amount of mystery surrounding the life of Dr. Hark, as it is known that he was court-martialed and later released after performing experiments regarding something, as mentioned in (illegally) recovered Federal Documents, "...eek...(H)ark has found some..in...it (w)ill change (i)t al...".
