The Ultimate Pee Blackout was created during Hank's Ironman Insomniac Challenge on BlogTV, where the screen went dark and all that could be heard was trickling water.

One of the waiting rooms proclaimed that this occurrence be named the Ultimate Pee Blackout, and proceeded to create chaos on comments of the Youtube video advertising's Hank's presence on BlogTV.

NOTE: The Ultimate Pee Blackout was actually a combination of Hank showering and building a bookshelf (see 04c19)
