Grumpy Mr. Gruff (formerly 71.98.111.49) is a scientist in training who dreams of someday being called Grumpy Dr. Gruff. (The Ph.D. kind, not the M.D. kind.) He loves biochemistry/biomodeling, fencing (foil, poorly), and transhumanist science fiction. Currently, Grumpy is employed as a graduate student researcher and is working on a cure for cancer.

Realizing that there are some people on this site at least seven years younger than him, Grumpy suddenly feels very, very old.
